Seller Guide

Everything you need to know about selling on our platform

1 What is our e-shop?

Our platform connects a community of makers, tinkerers and solar energy enthusiasts. You can offer your products, components, spare parts or services to other community members. The e-shop is part of the Siton Monitor portal and is designed for community trade between users.

2 Who can become a seller?

Any registered user can become a seller. All you need is something useful to offer the community:

Makers and tinkerers with their own products
Sellers of electronic components and parts
Offering services — installation, consulting, maintenance
Have surplus materials from your own projects

Products

Add products with photos, descriptions and prices. You can edit, activate or deactivate them at any time.

Categories

Organize products into your own categories so customers can easily browse your assortment.

Orders

Receive orders, change their status (processing, shipped, delivered) and communicate with customers.

Shop settings

Set up contact details, shop description, bank account for receiving payments and flat-rate shipping.

6 How orders work

Cart Order Pending Shipped Delivered

The customer adds products to the cart and completes the order. You receive a notification, process the order and ship the goods. Payment is made via bank transfer to your account set up in the shop profile.

7 Tips for successful selling

Quality photos

Add clear product photos from various angles. Good photos significantly increase customer interest.

Detailed description

Include technical parameters, dimensions, compatibility and item condition. The more information, the better.
