1. General Provisions

The Siton Monitor platform (hereinafter "platform") available at www.sitonmonitor.cz is operated by Zela-Servis, s.r.o., Company ID: 10928065, VAT ID: CZ10928065, registered at Svetova 523/1, Liben, 180 00 Prague 8, Czech Republic, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 350829 (hereinafter "operator").

The platform serves for remote monitoring of Siton 210 MPPT solar inverters via ESP8266 devices connected to the internet. By registering and using the platform, the user agrees to these terms.

2. Registration and User Account

Registration with a valid email address is required to use the platform. The user is obligated to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Each user may have only one account. The user is responsible for securing their login credentials and must not share them with third parties.

The operator reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account without giving a reason.

3. Platform Usage Rules

The user agrees to use the platform solely for monitoring their own solar inverters. It is prohibited to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Abuse the API interface with excessive requests or automated scraping
  • Upload malicious code or manipulate data
  • Use the platform for any illegal purposes
  • Circumvent security measures of the platform

4. Operator Liability

The operator provides the platform "as is" without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The operator is not liable for:

  • Outages or temporary unavailability of the service
  • Data loss caused by technical problems
  • Damage resulting from incorrect measurements or data interpretation from the inverter
  • Decisions made based on data displayed on the platform
The operator reserves the right to perform scheduled maintenance and updates.

5. Penalties for Rule Violations

In case of violation of these terms, the operator is entitled to:

  • Send the user a warning
  • Temporarily restrict access to the platform
  • Permanently block the user account
  • Restrict or revoke API access
The user will be informed of measures taken via email.

6. Personal Data Protection

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these terms.

7. Account Deletion

The user may request account deletion at any time through profile settings or by contacting the operator at info@zela-servis.cz. After account deletion, personal data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Inverter telemetry data may be anonymized and retained for statistical purposes.

8. Changes to Terms

The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. By continuing to use the platform after notification of changes, the user expresses consent to the new terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved primarily through amicable settlement. If amicable resolution is not possible, disputes shall be decided by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
